User question: To make the captured video wider without the black lines on each side, you can try adjusting the aspect ratio settings in the ArcSoft TotalMedia program settings. Look for options related to video display, aspect ratio, or screen size. Consult the program's manual or online resources for more specific instructions.
It is uncertain whether there is an installation disc available for the Kaiser Baas TV Stick. The user should consider reaching out to Kaiser Baas customer support or visiting their website for assistance in acquiring a replacement disc.
Can someone please help? I'm getting this error for 3 days, when I try to schedule a recording. Windows 7 What's wrong? Thanks

First find your CD. Windows 10 - Bottom left-hand corner in search box type 'Control Panel' and select 'Control Panel App'. Select 'Program and Features', Find and Double Click on 'ArcSoft TotalMedia 3.5' you'll have a screen asking if you want to allow changes - select Yes. The next popup box offers three options. Select Modify and Repair. You'll then be asked to insert CD. On completion run 'ArcSoft TotalMedia' and you should find Schedule TV Programs back and working.
I've used ArcSoft TotalMedia 3.5 on Windows 7 for a number of years without any problems. Now, I've just installed a new computer with Windows 10, downloaded the appropriate files and when I go to set up I get the following message: the device is not available or is being used by another application. Help, please.

I'm not sure what causes your problem because I've just downloaded the application from the link provided by SI, and I had no problems installing and running it on my Windows 10 computer.
Judging by the message of the error that you get, I can only guess that the application is already running. Open the Windows Task Manager, look for an entry called TMMonitor, then close it and try to run the application again. Also, don't forget that the tool automatically goes to the system tray in case it appears that nothing is happening.
If you got this error while trying to install the application, you probably have a different installer running. Try restarting the PC and don't forget to run the installer with administrator privileges.
Before, EPG worked correctly on my Total Media Arc Soft, but now is not working. The version is 3.5.23.345, and my PC has Windows 10.

The EPG requires a digital signal to work, but I've seen that it also needs a compatible operating system or the EPG won't work. For example, if you have a 32bit operating system and the software is for the 64bit, then EPG will refuse to work. I've also seen other users who complained about this error with EPG feature. The only way to overcome it is to install a compatible version of the software instead of the old one.
I am trying to download a copy of the trial version of ArcSoft Total Media 3.5 so I can get my DVB-T USB device working on Windows 10. Every time I find a link to download it I get diverted to their website front page and can get no further. The download link from their website take me back to their front page. Also they do not answer emails. Any suggestions from anyone please?

You can still download the application through the download page at Software Informer. I've just tested this and it works just fine. The version hosted there has around 120 MB. Use the links posted below to see what button you have to click to initiate the download.
I have bought a TV receiver ArcSoft TotalMedia 3.5. Trying to update the product through the updater but it rejects the original serial number. What to do?

You Probably updated to Totalmedia Theater 5 or 6. The Totalmedia 3.5 serial key is not meant for either of those versions.
I have problem with ArcSoft TotalMedia 3,5. Sometimes I can save TV emission to hard disc, but mostly it is not possible. My drawing is very poor. When starting the recording by pressing red "button"- I can always record. Problem is related to schedule recording. I used tuner PC for DVB-T "Cablotech" URZ01884A.

According to the developer's page, the TotalMedia is a retired application. This means you will have to use the version you already have because there isn't another one available anymore. I would like to recommend to reinstall the software and then check the recording options. There's always the possibility for a file to be corrupted and causing the issue.
The sound is not working on ArcSoft TotalMedia. Only the pictures are loaded. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you uninstall the software (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run CCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and download and install the utility again. If this doesn't fix it, go to Start, type dxdiag and open the tool. Click the Sound tab, check your audio card model and download and install the latest drivers available from the developer web page.
Where can I get a codec to allow the MPG video to be used with Windows 10?

There is a codec pack called Combined Community Codec Pack that provides all the necessary support for MPG videos on Windows 10 and any of the available operating systems. You can download the codec through the link posted below.
Download the package and install it while all the audio and video players are turned off. Once the codec pack is installed, launch the applications and MPG should be available for playback.
Using ver 3.5 19.66
Connecting via scart or phono
